Warranty
JGraf.eu provides a warranty of 24 months for the offered goods, unless otherwise specified by a separate agreement.
We ensure that any requests regarding our goods or out-of-warranty repairs are handled quickly and professionally.
If you believe that the manufacturer's warranty service applies in a particular case, please fill in the warranty repair application (in free form) before sending the item, including a detailed description of the situation and, if possible, photos or video materials.
If it is confirmed that the defect is due to a manufacturing error, we will provide warranty repair or replacement of the item. In cases where replacement is not possible, we will offer an equivalent product, a discount, or – in exceptional cases – a full refund of the purchase amount.
Important:

Transport costs (both under warranty and out-of-warranty cases) are covered by the customer.

The item being returned must be in its original packaging.

The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from improper or incorrect use.

JGraf.eu reserves the right to refuse compensation, replacement, or repair if the claim is not justified.
Disclaimer
According to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia regarding distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days and return the item to the seller.
At the same time, it should be taken into account that the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the item if it has been used contrary to the principle of good faith – for example, used more extensively than necessary to check its properties or functionality.
Therefore, when exercising the right of withdrawal:

the item may only be used for inspection purposes,

the customer is responsible for any damage or loss of value,

it is recommended to keep the original packaging until the end of the withdrawal period.
If the returned item is damaged, shows signs of use, or is not in full set, JGraf.eu has the right to claim compensation for damages in accordance with regulatory enactments.

Product returns
A product purchased from JGraf.eu can only be returned if:

To apply for a return, please fill in the return application form (in free form). All returned products are checked in our technical service.
JGraf.eu reserves the right to refuse compensation, replacement, or refund if improper damage or discrepancies are found.
